From 1985, until today, following your inputs, apartments have been “brushed up” into a great holiday place for you and your family. A large garden, sea view, heated pool, are just few of the amenities that you can enjoy. Main house has 3 apartments and bungalow house has 2 apartments. Each apartment has 1 parking place and sea view.

Our Location

The location of the property is in a small village called Pirovac; 23 km west from Šibenik and 40 km east from Zadar close to several national parks and many historical and architecture amenities.

Destination

Small village of Pirovac has a long history – from medieval times it has been known as the fortress of the Croatian noble families and traditional agriculture. It is located on the end of Sibenik-knin county close to the Vrana lake-largest sweet water lake in Croatia and several national parks; Krka, Kornati island, etc.

Each apartment is designed and equipped according your wishes including cotton bed linens, towels, hard type mattresses, LED TV, air-conditioning, WIFI, mosquito nets , car parking, sun beds by the pool and so much.

WI-FI CONNECTION Due to its geographical position, the property is not located close to any of the official internet infrastructure.
Therefore, the wifi signal is not perfect.
PASWORD IS ON THE DEVICE ON THE ORIGINAL LABEL
Each apartment has its own wifi router with password label on it.
Additional antennas cannot increase the speed because the main infrastructure is far away.

  1. "My Family prefers to spend vacation in silent places, far from city centers and noisy squares. Because of this, Apartments “Mara” is perfect place for us. More, the comfort in the rooms, furnishing, full range of equipment like TV, internet access, kitchen equipment is in the best level. From the balcony we have nice sea view. Also the beach is like we want, because is directly close of the house and beautiful garden surrounding house. Only few people we can meet on the beach, sometimes is totally empty. Every year we spend vacation time in familiar atmosphere."

Silent place with right mediteranean atmosphere. From apartements it is only a few steps thrue the garden to the water and on the beach. All apartements have a perfekt standard. Clear and very nice, with kitchen. Modern equipment like television, climatization, internet… Every time we have had for our car parking place in the area of the house and garden. With all visitors we have had everytime good relation ships. Some of them we meet every year and we are friends."

Die 5 geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartments liegen direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die ganze Bucht von Pirovac. Schattige und sonnige Plätze findet man in dem zauberhaften Garten mit seinen schönen Terrassen. Und als Bootsbesitzer können wir die ausgelegten Bojen für unser Boot nutzen. Rundherum ein ruhiger Platz, um die "Seele baumeln zu lassen". Andererseits lassen sich von dort aus Touren mit dem Boot in die kornatische Inselwelt unternehmen."

Quest’anno sono stati ospiti i nostri figli che vivono all’estero e sono rimasti veramente entusiasti, stanno già programmando di ritornare per la prossima estate. Appartamenti pulitissimi e ristrutturati annualmente, la famiglia è sempre discretamente presente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, c’è un giardino verdissimo con piante e attrezzato con camino coperto esterno e tavoli a disposizione degli ospiti. Direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata curata e attrezzata, vicino a diversi luoghi di cultura, gastronomia e di divertimento. Super consigliato."
